Where we ship

We ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout. If yours is not listed, contact us and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within two business days. During peak gifting periods this may extend by a day or two; any delay is noted at checkout.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2 to 4 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs

These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier delays outside our control may occur.

Shipping costs

• Germany: free (Express: €10)
• European Union: €14, free from an order value of €50
• International: €20

Gift packaging is included at no extra charge on every order.

Customs and duties

Within the EU, no additional customs charges apply. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are not collected by El Khabya.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
