Perishable food
Our products are food. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed jars and bottles cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This is a standard exception to the EU right of withdrawal for perishable and sealed goods.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund it, your choice. You do not need to return damaged goods.

- Include a short description and a photo where relevant.
- We respond within one to two business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the shipping and perishable conditions above apply.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Where those rights give you more than this policy, those rights apply.
