What we collect

• Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, and order contents.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
• Account and contact data: details you provide when you write to us or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Usage data: basic technical information and cookies, as described below.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To process and deliver orders, and provide support — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send marketing where you have opted in — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To secure and improve the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processors
