Story & Origin
Discovery widens the introduction: the four single-origin honeys, joined by a bottle of extra virgin olive oil from Kesra, a hilltop village in the Tunisian highlands. Below the village grow olive forests whose oldest trees have borne fruit for over a thousand years, some for three thousand. Local families harvest them by hand, without machinery, as generations did before them. Honey and oil are the two things the original khabya was built to hold. Each bottle is the newest harvest of a very old order.

Storage
Honey at room temperature, out of sun. Keep olive oil cool and dark, and use within a few months of opening for best flavour.
