Single-origin honey and olive oil from thousand-year-old trees, sourced from Tunisia and presented the way heritage deserves.
Our Story
In Tunisian homes, the khabya was a clay vessel that held the family's olive oil and honey: wealth measured in harvests, not currency. El Khabya carries that idea forward: honey and olive oil from Tunisia, kept with the same care once reserved for a household's most valuable stores.
Every jar is sourced, never mass-produced. Every box is built for the moment it is opened, not just the shelf it sits on. The olive oil comes from trees in Kesra that have borne fruit for over a thousand years, harvested by hand by families who have lived there for generations.

The Story of Tunisia
A small country with an outsized larder. The north is green and Mediterranean; the south fades into the Sahara. Bees follow the flowers, which is why one country can hold honeys that taste nothing alike.
The honey is the vehicle. The journey is the point.

The First Harvest
El Khabya is young. There are no customer voices yet and no history, because the first boxes are only now being made. What there is: thousand-year-old trees, four rare honeys, and a box built for the moment it is opened.
Some gifts are found before everyone else knows them.
